Tooth Fairy Day

Tooth Fairy Day is a great first experience at the dentist. It's a fun opportunity for your child to ride in the dental chair, squirt water and air from the instruments and become familiar with being in the office without having an exam or cleaning. In addition to getting aquainted with the office, there is also the opportunity to meet the tooth fairy and receive a goody bag, fun hand stamps and a balloon!

Giveaway: The Adventures of Pinocchio

The Chicago Shakespeare Theater transformed its Courtyard Theater into a larger-than-life, European marionette stage to present The Adventures of Pinocchio to kids of all ages! Based on Carlo Collodi's classic tale, the production highlights the bond between parents and children and the importance of an unselfish heart.

It runs until August 28, 2011, with showtimes in the mornings and afternoons. The approximate running time is 75 minutes with no intermission.

The theater has put together some really fun activities to do with your kids before and after you see the production. Check them out here.
